Help needed for dogs eye operation

came across this wonderful dog marie as i named and its pup josh. It's eye is inflected with severe fungus requires immediate medical attention doctor said it may cost around 10k- 15 with its shelter. There are two pups. I already spent 5k and need money for its eye surgery and it is worsened day by day. Please help marie and it's pup. Due to lockdown here its really hard to get money arranged please help.
I have been helping stray dogs from childhood.but This situation is worsened day by day
