Urgent required funds for educational fees

I am an artist from Delhi seeking educational fund for my pg admission at Oxford Brookes University. I am raised by single mother and most of our savings are spent on rent and my medical needs. I do not want to stop my dreams due to lack of fund. It's always my dream to study abroad and help my mother from this financial instability. Therefore I urgently need funds. Kindly help us out. We try contacting many authorities but no help.
