Help me for paying fee

Hello guys I need money for paying my fee for abroad study.

I'm software developer from last 2years , I belonging from poor family. My father is a labour. Besides it I've completed my education and got job. But I wanted to become IT professional. So I want pursue cyber security program from Canada. I've arranged half funds of the fee. Due to small income banks do not provide educational loan. Please help me to get my dream true.
