About the campaign:

The Temple Worshipers Society a.k.a TWS’ goal is to free the temples from the government control and protect the deities and their wealth. We also strive to restore the sanctity and make our temples function as per their respective sampradayas.

TWS has been in the forefront in this struggle for upholding our dharmic rights. Through this fundraiser the Temple Worshipers Society intends to free the temples from the government control and hand it over to the original stake holders- many of them belonging to the denomination category.

This fundraiser will amplify the numerous legal fights of TWS for restoring the rights of temple priests, the archakars, pujaris, odhuvars, musicians, & people associated with the temple as per the respective sampradayas and agamas.

Temple Worshippers Society is For the Hindus, By the Hindus.

Our goal is to retrieve, reclaim and restore the temple sanctity, dignity and sampradayas. For this, we strive to empower the respective communities to manage their temple as they were several centuries ago.

The strategy is to spread awareness of the mismanagement of the temples, create a support system for the temple priests, archakars, pujaris, oduvars, musicians & other internal temple service performers.

We also wish to provide the coming generations with Sastric, Agamic, historical research and information on all temples. These steps will ensure that the knowledge and expertise are preserved & passed on to posterity.
