Help Rohit Urgently

My name is Rohit Bharti and I am raising funds for my friend, Rohit who is suffering from Kidney (renal) failure and is undergoing treatment at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. Rohit is suffering critically due to the failure of both of his kidneys. He is just 17 years old. He has been a bright student and a very active sports person but now he is on bed. Doctors have asked for a kidney transplant if he needs to survive. The cost of a transplant would be somewhere around 5,42000. Currently, he is going through dialysis twice a week. We have got the Kidney donor but struggling for the money required for the transplantation process. 

Since dialysis is happening and doctors have said that dialysis can not be done for more than 9 months and 4 months are already over. We have been left with only 5 months to save his life.

His father is a labourer in a factory. He has sold all jewellery and valuable and also borrowed a great sums from different people. Now he has nothing to spend and looking for support from all of us. Please help me out with some contribution and save the life of 17 years old Rohit. Now he does not have even a single penny and 5,42000 is way beyond. Please help Rohit to be alive, you are the last hope for us.
