Rahul Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit was killed by terrorists inside his office in Chadoora of Budgam district in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, in yet another instance of targetted attack.

The deceased, a government employee, was identified as Rahul Bhat. Bhat, a clerk, posted at the Tehsil office in Chadoora town under the special employment package for migrants was shot dead by two gunmen who entered his office. Officials said Bhat, who was staying at a migrant colony at Sheikhpura in Budgam district, was shifted to a hospital in Srinagar where he succumbed to injuries.

He is survived by an unemployed wife and 5 y/o daughter. He was the sole bread earner of the family.
