My Brother needs help for his Brain Tumor operation

I would like to inform you that my brother is a kidney donor to his son 9 years ago and just managing the family and there is no income at all now a days. And also he has gone treatment for Nueroleptic Malignant Syndrone two months back and for this treatment my family and well wishers helped for payment of the doctor bill around Rs.650000/-. Now he is diagnosed brain tumor (pituitary macroadenoma) operation and the approximate cost for operation is likely to be Rs. 500000/- and other expenditure along with medicines would amount to Rs 200000/-. Hence the total expenditure would be around Rs 700000/-. Now I am looking for the financial help from the well wishers.

I enclose herewith Doctor's Certificate, Bank Details and an Appeal for help from your trust.
